Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small file a website leaves in your browser so it can recognise the same visit as you move between pages. Whether you are reading about the four extracts inside Phytolactin or filling in the order form, this site sets only a handful of them, and none that follow you once you leave.

What each kind does

  • Necessary. Keep the order form filled in if you scroll away, remember that a page has already loaded, and keep the mobile menu working. Without these, parts of the site stop behaving as expected.
  • Preference. Remember small choices — like an accordion you already opened — so the page does not reset each time you come back.
  • Measurement. Count visits in aggregate: which pages get read, which get abandoned quickly, whether anything loads too slowly. Counts, not names.

What they never store

No cookie here records your name, phone number, or anything typed into the order form. None are sold, none are shared with an advertising network, and none are used to build a profile of you across other sites.

Turning them off

Every browser lets you block or clear cookies without asking anyone's permission:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Delete browsing data.
  • Safari: Settings → Safari → Block All Cookies, or Clear History and Website Data.
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
  • Opera and Edge: Settings → Privacy → Cookies and site permissions.

Blocking necessary cookies usually means the order form forgets what you typed. Blocking measurement cookies changes nothing you would notice.
