How an order is placed

• A consultant calls to confirm the item, the pack quantity, the delivery address and the day.
• The order is confirmed at the end of that call, and not before.
• The courier delivers the parcel; you inspect it and pay on receipt.

Price and stock

The price shown on the site is the one the consultant confirms during the call. Promotional pricing runs while stock at that price lasts, and pricing may change or a promotion may pause at any point — but never after a call has already confirmed your order. Delivery runs 2–5 days across the country.

Limits of responsibility

Responsibility extends to sending the agreed product, sealed and intact. It does not extend to decisions made solely on the strength of an article on this site, to the consequences of disregarding the intake instructions printed on the pack, or to anything purchased under this brand name from a seller other than this site.
